Cogo Ahoí is seven month project on the boat that travels along Danube

Karkatag/S.C.E.N.E.5
This program is a 12-day workshop in of interactive art and engineering and it is providing participants an opportunity to acquire or deepen their experience with metalwork, mechanics, electronics, share ideas on interactive and participatory art and build together artwork that would be used/presented in public spaces of Serbian cities of Svilajnac and Belgrade.
Program will be held in the Karkatag collective's workspace ( Open Studio/A.I.R. ) 100km south of Belgrade.
Food, accommodation, material, tools, workspace and tutors are provided, as well as 70% of travel costs.
Where: Svilajnac/Belgrade, Serbia
When: 27. July - 8. August 2014 (departure from Berlin 1 or 2 days earlier)
Organizers: Karkatag collective (www.karkatag.org) from Serbia, S.C.E.N.E.5 (www.scene5.net) from Germany; funded by European Commission through Youth in Action Program
Applicants: 16 participants (8 from Serbia, 8 from Germany), age from 18 till 30

"Hear Our Walk"
9th may, 15.45.-17.45, starting point park bristol
As the opening event of the Transeuropa festival Karkatag presents Here Our Walk,
audio-visual experiment on the streets of Belgrade. Belgrade Walk is part of
simultaneous events happening in 14 cities in Europe.
"Here Our Walk" is exposing biological, mechanical, musical and/or rhythmical sensation of the walk
itself by amplifying the sound of steps of Walkers. It is built on playful basis allowing the Walkers
to reconnect the sound with their body moves and to play with it.
"Here Our Walk" is exploring the possibilities for walking-together-in-order-to-tell-something other
than a protest or parade. In contrast to general idea of protest/parade, agenda here is not visible
on the surface, but is presented trough the significant stories that are being retold person to
person on the street.
